What we collect and why

For early access, we collect your email address and the time of your request to manage the list and send the access-related updates you requested. Joining does not create a product account.

For the survey, we collect your email, name, company or project, role, team size, security priorities, challenge, product interest, timeframe, and your contact choices. Current tools and processes are optional. We use responses for product research and to prioritize development.

We record submission identifiers and timestamps to prevent duplicate records. To limit abuse, we process request IP addresses and store keyed hashes of rate-limit identifiers, rather than raw IP addresses, in our database. Our hosting provider also processes request metadata for delivery and security.

Please do not submit passwords, access tokens, customer information, or private vulnerability details.

Your contact choices

Permission for research conversations is separate from requesting early-access updates. You can decline either in the survey and still submit your feedback. Declining a new invitation does not cancel an earlier request; contact us to withdraw a previous choice. We do not sell your personal information or use it for unrelated advertising.

Retention and deletion

Early-access registrations are retained until you request deletion or for 12 months after your last meaningful interaction, whichever comes first. A meaningful interaction is an accepted registration request or survey submission; ordinary page visits do not extend retention. Survey answers are retained for up to 12 months.

The retention operating procedure must be selected and verified before publication. Deletion can take until the next successful cleanup under that procedure; failed runs require operator attention and backlog cleanup. Verified requests for correction, deletion, or withdrawal are handled sooner unless retention is legally required. Recovery copies held by our database provider may remain until their configured recovery window expires; restored data must be checked against deletion requests before reuse.

Service providers

Neon hosts the PostgreSQL database. Vercel hosts deployed versions of this website and provides request protection. If enabled, Resend processes your email address to send an early-access thank-you message. These providers process data to operate their services; their infrastructure may process it outside your country.

Contact and requests

Email contact@auxim.world to ask a privacy question, correct or delete your information, or stop future contact. Include the email address used to submit the form. We verify requests before changing or deleting records and will not ask for your password.
